  • Employee Self-Service (ESS) (PDF)
    Employee Self-Service (ESS) provides your employees with convenient and secure access to their attendance and benefit information. Your employees can punch or enter hours worked; transfer to different departments; access their schedule, benefit, and archived time card information; and request time off.
  • Leave Management (PDF)
    The Leave Management module automates employee time off requests, eliminating the paperwork while improving the communication of essential information to both the manager and the employee.
  • Incidents and Points Tracking (PDF)
    The Incidents & Points module accurately identifies attendance trends and helps you enforce absence management policies.
  • Custom Report Writer (PDF)
    The Custom Report Writer module makes it easy to create reports that help you track and analyze payroll and labor information. You have the flexibility to create the exact, up-to-the-minute reports needed to effectively manage your workforce.
  • Benefit Accruals (PDF)
    The Benefit Accruals module automatically calculates virtually any series of conditions and rules for accumulating benefit time. Accrual rates and tracking can vary based on job position, seniority, employment status, or a variety of other conditions.
